Things to Know Before Your Appointment ✨ Thank you so much for booking with Braids by BrittanyB! I truly appreciate you trusting me with your hair, and I want your experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Please take a moment to review these guidelines before your appointment. ⸻ 💳 Deposits • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. • Your deposit goes toward your service. • You’re welcome to transfer your deposit one time if you need to reschedule. After that, a new deposit will be required. ⸻ ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Life happens — if you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. • Late cancellations (less than 24 hrs): 35% of service price • No-shows: 50% of service price • Reschedules must be within 1 week of your original appointment. • One reschedule is allowed per deposit. Canceling a rescheduled appointment will result in a 35% fee. ⸻ ⏰ Grace Period • A 10-minute grace period is offered if you’re running late. • After 10 minutes: + $20 late fee • After 15 minutes: Your appointment may need to be canceled. Please let me know if you’re running behind so I can do my best to accommodate you. ⸻ 🧴 Preparing Your Hair • Please come with your hair freshly washed, blow-dried, and product-free (no oils, gels, or creams). • Unwashed hair may lead to your appointment being canceled, so please prepare ahead of time. ⸻ 🎨 Style Changes • To make sure I’m prepared for your appointment, please confirm your style, size, color, and length ahead of time. • If you’d like to make changes, just let me know at least 72 hours before your appointment. ⸻ 🎀 Hair Provided • Both braiding hair and boho hair are provided. • The braiding hair brand used is X-Pression. • Anything different must be supplied by the client. ⸻ 💕 Additional Services & Fees • Squeeze-in appointments: Adults $50 | Kids $50 • Sunday appointments: Available with a $75 add-on fee for adults and $50 for kids ⸻ 👧🏽 Kids Pick-Up Policy • For children’s appointments, I will give parents/guardians an estimated completion time before the service is finished. • Please make sure your child is picked up promptly once the service is complete. • Late pick-ups there is a 10-minute grace period, then a $15 late fee per 10 minutes. ⸻ ❌ No extra people at your appointment. ✨ If you ever have questions or need clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
